How do you put videos on the new ipod nano? I have recently purchased the 3rd gen nano. I have converted many videos, and i have seen videos that say you can just drag and drop the video onto the video folder, but it will not let me. Any tips?

My videos from my digital camera appear grainy when playing them at full size on my computer? When I download video from my digital camera onto my computer, the images appear fine, until I enlarge them to full size. At that point, they become very grainy.
